AMA + Office Administrator –

Salary £28K-£32,000 per annum Depending on experience

We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant who is also happy to also cover office administration, to join a lovely rapidly growing Digital agency – based in Shoreditch with international offices.
They work with some fantastic luxury and household blue chip clients You will report into the CFO who anticipates this person will grow with them into their management accountant and beyond. He will support their growth but is looking for someone with good experience who can undertake a range of financial matters and take things ideally through to TB stage or even management accounts stage. The role is broad and wide reaching, it will suit an ambitious, articulate, accurate and empathetic individual who likes to be part of a friendly , fun and outward going environment.

About the Role:
Reconcile all Balance Sheet Accounts monthly
Reconcile intercompany balances on a monthly basis
Prepare the accruals and prepayments schedules and post relevant journals
Raise sales invoices
Chase outstanding debtors
Reconcile debtors
Review WIP and write off balances
Revenue recognition with liaison of CFO and Account directors
Post PL ( not many external job costs as mainly Time billing)
Reconcile Creditor ledger
Post credit card expenses
Make sure time sheets are accurately pulled into the finance system
Undertake payment runs
Post bank accounts ( Foreign and UK)
Manage FX journals
Reconcile bank accounts
Reconcile Petty cash
Manage intercompany charges
Support with VAT returns
Produce accounts to trial balance stage
Oversee office supplies/stationery/photocopier/ Travel/ phones
Be first point of contact within the office for rest of staff is something is needed
Support on HR on day to day HR matters working with OPPs and Studio manager
2+ years experience in a similar role ideally
A can do attitude
A desire to grow and develop
An understanding of working within a creative environment
Ideally use of Quick books would be beneficial
Good Excel
