Group Financial Reporting Manager – London, Permanent, Full-Time

 

Our Client is an award-winning Global Creative Agency network. It has an impressive reach and works with worldwide brands.

They are looking for a Group Financial Reporting Manager to join their London office and take responsibility for all aspects of the Client Brand Reporting to HQ for the global business.

Reporting to the Group FP&A Director, London based.

2 direct reports:

  • Group Management Accountant and Compensation Controller
  • Group and Brand Consultancy company Management Accountant 

Key Responsibilities of the Group Financial Reporting Manager:

Brand External Reporting

Taking responsibility for all aspects of Client Brand Reporting to HQ

Annual Commitment and Monthly RFs

  • Co-ordinating internal reporting time-line
  • Checking data and KPIs with each submission
  • Highlighting and questioning variances with offices
  • Liaise with HQ finance to confirm metrics and

Answer queries on submissions

Monthly Actuals

  • Co-ordinating internal reporting time-line
  • Checking data and KPIs with each submissions
  • Highlighting and questioning variances with offices
  • Craft summary to be circulated to Client Brand Group management team
  • Liaise with HQ finance team and reply to variance queries post submission
  • Responsible for all Brand entities being correctly promoted

Other Brand data collection, monitoring and reporting against targets e.g. for Capex, Bonus and Cash Management.

Brand Internal Reporting

Taking responsibility for the preparation of all aspects of Client Brand Reporting to Global Client Leadership, to include:

  • Monthly preparation of Brand CFO pack
  • Monthly preparation of Management Reforecast summary
  • Manage preparation and delivery of financial data for Client and Board level presentations.
  • Responsible for the annual Executive Summary which forms the basis of the Global Client and HQ Board Meeting
  • Overall responsibility for the Brand HQ budget and Group Holding companies

 

Requirements for the Group Financial Reporting Manager:

  •  Recognised accounting qualification with ideally a minimum 5 year’s post-qualification experience together with good academic background
  • Pan European/Global financial management experience
  • Relentless attention to detail. Deliver information on a timely basis. Able to successfully manage multiple competing demands.
  • Strong experience with financial software- Advanced Excel required. HFM and SAP are ideally required
  • Strong initiative and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision day to day;
  • Able to successfully manage multiple competing demand
  • Good interpersonal and business partnering skills;

Salary:  £75,000 –85,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus  Excellent Benefits
