Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Vision FR is working with a growing, energetic, creative agency focused on clients in the beauty and wellness arena to find a Junior Finance Manager. The right candidate will be experienced in billing, WIP, and credit control. Familiarity with paprika will be an asset. You will fit in well with this client if you are used to a fast-paced environment, can multitask and are hard-working.
Key responsibilities of the Junior Finance Manager
- Support the Financial Controller
- Client billing
- Credit control
- WIP & job reconciliation
- Management of supplier payment trackers for events
- Budget review
- Daily bank reconciliation, receipts updates & filing remittance from the client
- Payment run – support with selection of payments & checking payment details
- Monthly review of staff expenses
- Monthly review of corporate credit card posting
- Monthly review of CEO expenses & credit card
- Support with month end reporting
Experience required of the Junior Finance Manager
- Paprika would be beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail
- Studying for ACCA/CIMA would be an advantage
- Previously worked for an events agency
- WIP and Credit Control experience
- Quick Start
- VISA sponsorship is not supported
- Available for 6 month contract
