VisionFr are delighted to be working with thiscreative Agency now looking for an experienced Client Biller with excellent communication skills and looking to develop further. You will get the opportunity to work within a fun environment and supportive finance team

The Role

  • Monthly Billing cycle – responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billings in accordance with billing instructions for allocated clients.
  • Credit Control
  • Intercompany invoicing
  • Chasing billing instructions/PO’s from the team.
  • Billing schedule maintenance.
  • Ad-hoc journal entries as required.
  • Maintenance of client billing/invoice submission portals.
  • Support resolving any billing queries from account handlers and clients.
  • Chasing timesheets on a weekly basis – recording & reporting on incomplete timesheets..
  • Collation of client billing backup on monthly basis.
  • Assist account handlers with Paprika support where necessary.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and duties as required.
  • Train client teams in advance use of paprika where relevant
  • Assist in internal and external audits.

Key Skills:

  • At least 1 year experience of working in Billings role within a fast paced environment
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Proactive can do attitude
  • Team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Paprika Experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience within a media/ PR/ communications agency
  • Deadline orientated
