VisionFR is delighted to be assisting this independent Creative agency in their search for a Finance Manager. This is a rapidly growing Creative Events Agency with international clients . They operate in both Europe ( with HQ in London) & NY – their Clients mainly operate in the music and fashion arena’s.
The Role
Our Client needs a confident, friendly and practical pair of hands to come in and support their experienced Head of Finance. You’ll work directly with the retail and live team to support the business through its next phase of growth. This is a broad and varied role, prefect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making a tangible impact. SME Creative Agency & Procim Experience is critical
Responsibilities
- Manage the month end close process ensuring timely / accurate reporting including full balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis
- Assist with the preparation of the monthly management reporting packs, highlighting key performance metrics
- Utilise financial data to provide actionable insights and influence business decisions
- Continuous improvement of financial processes and controls to mitigate any financial risk
- Assist in building scalable financial systems and processes for the company’s growing operations
- Develop financial reports to provide insights into financial performance provide financial support and guidance to production and retail team and to review project cash flow, cost reports, trial balance etc;
- Work with production and retail team, overseeing the financial close-down of each project budget
- Assist with reconciling the project accounts to incorporate into the month end corporate accounts and reporting packs
- Manage the reporting of the Revenue recognition and Revenue forcasting
- Manage / oversee an Accounts Assistant, ensuring all ledgers are managed efficiently and effectively
- Business partnering and building strong relationships with key stakeholders

Finance Manger Skills & Experience Required:
- Knowledge of Procim is essential
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experienced Finance Manager from production/ media industry (essential)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in working for a multinational company in both Europe and US
- Experience in working in a small / independent environment.
