Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
- Responsible for the line management and development of a junior accountant
- Produce accurate management accounts and timely financial reporting for the group
- Maintain P&L, Balance Sheets, Cashflow forecasts and KPI data
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Uphold robust financial processes and controls
- Able to demonstrate technical accounting skills
Skills and Requirements of the Management Accountant:
- Previously worked in a creative agency
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or finalist
- Project Accountancy
- Revenue Recognition
- Multi-Currency
- Proven experience of full responsibility for management accounts
- Communicate competently with senior and non-finance teams members
- Willing and able to work in the office 4 days per week
- Self starter / Go Getter / Sociable team member
- Sage Intacct would be desirable but not essential
